Last month, UMMA Health gathered with the community at the Islamic Center of Hawthorne for a Pre-Ramadan Health Fair focused on helping families prepare for the blessed month ahead.

Our team provided health screenings for more than 60 community members, shared resources, and enjoyed a wonderful community lunch together. It was a beautiful reminder that caring for our health is also part of preparing ourselves for Ramadan.

Alhamdulillah for a community that comes together in the spirit of service, compassion, and care.

Last Friday at was incredible!

UMMA spent the day with the community as CEO Adel Syed delivered the Jummah Khutbah and evening reflections. The Iftar was filled with Ramadan joy and warmth. We thank the Islamic Society for a blessed day and look forward to more in the future iA!

This year, UMMA Health’s Mobile Dental Team is serving 10 schools — bringing dental care straight to campus so students don’t have to miss class or go without care.

In this video, students and principals from Al-Huda School and Islah LA share what this program means to their communities. It’s more than cleanings and checkups — it’s confidence, comfort, and knowing someone cares.

And we’re dreaming bigger.

Next year, we plan to double our reach to 20 schools — insha’Allah.

But we can’t do it without you.

One year ago, UMMA Health joined forces with Al-Shifa Clinic with a bold vision: expand Access, restore Dignity, and build lasting Resilience for families in the Inland Empire

Since then, Al-Shifa Clinic:

• Is now open 5 days a week
• Has grown to 3 dedicated providers
• Accepts Medi-Cal patients through
• Offers Clinical Pharmacy, Behavioral Health services, and expanded care
