How I feel taking spirulina right before the gym!
Here's some of the benefits that I get
1. Elimated fatigue , I can go as long as I want when working out without feeling depleted at the end of my session.
2. Accelerated recovery, I don't get a sore as I used to before using this, it also contains EAAs
3.Increased strength, I litteraly feel like the hulk and can do more reps of anything I want to do.
4. Increased muscle growth, it supports my bodies ability to absorb nutients that it need to repair the muscle & grow as well as recover in a timely manner .
5. Antioxidant , I don't get sick and im able to detox a lot easier when sweating .
