It's the distance between who you are today and who you must become to consistently create the life you desire.
Mindset gurus might tell you to speak affirmations to trick your brain to change, but that's short term and ineffective if your nervous system doesn't believe it. That's why I stopped using affirmations a while ago. Instead I switched to something called Reverse Programming. ㅤ
Rather than "I am rich"… you ask "Why am I so good with money?"
Rather than "I am enough"...you ask "Why am I so worthy of everything good?" ㅤ
Your brain can't argue with a question. It just starts looking for answers. ㅤ
