Calling all carb lovers! Let’s be friends 🤗 my go to flatbread so easy to make and so delicious! All you need is
1 Egg
2 large - Cooked mashed sweet potato - peel and dice boil until fork tender, drain and allow to cool
1/3 cup Cassava flour - may need more or a bit less want it to be dough like but a little sticky - can use AP flour too
Spices - optional
1 tsp Salt
Olive oil for cooking (Chefdanielle)
Mid all in a bowl until dough like consistency and form into flatbreads. Cook in olive oil 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown. Cool and store in the fridge for 1 week!
