Calling all carb lovers! Let’s be friends 🤗 my go to flatbread so easy to make and so delicious! All you need is
1 Egg
2 large - Cooked mashed sweet potato - peel and dice boil until fork tender, drain and allow to cool
1/3 cup Cassava flour - may need more or a bit less want it to be dough like but a little sticky - can use AP flour too
Spices - optional
1 tsp Salt
Olive oil for cooking (Chefdanielle)

Mid all in a bowl until dough like consistency and form into flatbreads. Cook in olive oil 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown. Cool and store in the fridge for 1 week!

Few more tips-
1. Strawberries do not ripen once they are picked so choose ones that are ripe and ready to eat
2. Store berries with there stems still in tack and do not wash until ready to eat the moisture spoils them quickly. Also separate any berries that are soft or have mold as it spreads quickly
3. Store fresh berries in a paper towel lined colander in the fridge and do not cover you don’t want excess moisture
4. I love to use strawberries in salsa’s, purees, baked goods, peanut butter sandwiches and even grill them!
5. Fun fact strawberries are a member of the rose family and they are the only fruit with seeds on the outside and not the inside
6. They are an antioxidant powerhouse and full of vitamin C and manganese

Few more things- Salt , fat, acid and heat the key components to every dish.

Don’t be afraid to add more salt, roast those veggies a little longer a get a char, use a variety of vinegars in a dish.

Take your home cooking from it taste okay to that was bomb 💣

Salt brings flavors forward - if you don’t salt properly your spices won’t do a thing

Acid brings the balance and punch to the dish

Pinch of heat and freshness keeps dishes from feeling to rich

Taste as you go and don’t be afraid to try new things and flavors!
