If you’re looking to elevate your grilling season these stuffed avocados are for you!

Grilled avocados 🥑 are a staple for me only takes a minute but once they hit the grill they get so rich and buttery

The perfect vessel for a bean salad !

Avocados for grilling
2 tbsp olive oil alive blend
1 pint cherry tomatoes, halved or quartered
2 cans white beans rinsed and drained
1 cup - little mozzarella balls or diced mozzarella or grated Parmesan
1 roasted red bell pepper, chopped
1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes ( drained from oil)
1 can artichoke hearts ( drained from water, chopped)
1 bunch fresh basil , thinly sliced
2 tbsp red wine vinegar
1 tbsp ground oregano
Salt and Freshly ground black pepper

Add all ingredients into a bowl Toss and taste add more salt and pepper if needed!

For avocado- heat grill to medium high and brush avocados with olive oil place flesh side down for 1-2 minutes remove and season with salt then add salad!

Honestly I wish I learned this sooner! Easy way to keep your muffins fresh for longer

Storing muffins with a paper towel keeps them fresh by absorbing excess moisture that escapes as they sit on the counter. preventing the tops from becoming soggy.

Placing paper towels at the bottom of an airtight container acts as a buffer that manages humidity, keeping the crumb moist while maintaining a dry, desirable texture.

Did you know when baking if you blend your spices into the fat instead of mixing in flour the spices bloom making the flavor even more decadent

Easy as that ! Try my favorite Greek style turkey meatballs! So easy and delicious 😋

Always make a double batch - freeze for the days when you don’t want to cook- your future self will thank you

1 lb ground turkey
1/4 cup sundried tomatoes in olive oil
2 peeled garlic cloves
1 tbsp dried oregano
1 small shallot
1/2 cup fresh basil and parsley
Salt and pepper
1/4 cup toasted panko
1 egg
1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
1-2 tbsp Olive oil

Heat oven 400’f.

In a food processor blend sundried tomatoes, garlic, oregano, shallot, basil and parsley until smooth ish. In a bowl add turkey salt, pepper, panko, egg and feta. Add tomato mixture and mix. ( wet your hands easier to mix)
Heat skillet over medium heat and cook a bite sized portion of the mixture. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
Roll into balls and place on a parchment lined baking sheet.
Drizzle with olive oil and Bake in a 400’f oven for 13-15 minutes depending on the size of balls! Or freeze and enjoy whenever you’re craving meatballs

Boost your training with this ! Been fantastic for recovery and tastes so delicious. Save this for the next time you make a smoothie!

1 cup fresh pineapple
1 medium banana
1 scoop vanilla protein (chefdanielle)
1 tbsp h**p seeds
1 packed handful spinach
¼–½ avocado
1 tbsp almond butter
couple shakes of cinnamon
1 serving Reishi mushroom
pinch Sea salt
1 cup liquid of choice - I like coconut water

Place all ingredients in a blender and mix until smooth

High in potassium, helping prevent cramps and neuromuscular fatigue

Nothing better than a home cooked steak and this is such a simple way to ensure a delicious piece of meat every time!

Here are A few key steps will ensure a delicious steak every time !

1. Lift out steak 30 minutes before cooking and Season steak liberally with kosher salt
2. Cook steak in a really hot cast iron skillet
3. Pat steak dry before adding to pan
4. Baste steak with butter, garlic and herbs - if you prefer
5. Finish cooking steak in the oven to desired doneness ( if steak is thick)
6. Allow the steak to rest for 10 minutes after cooking that way all the juices stay in the meat
