Gluten-Free Roasted Turkey Breast with fresh herby butter, Vegan Mashed Potatoes, Green Beans w/ Portobello Mushrooms & Roasted Garlic & gluten-free gravy. A turkey breast is a great alternative to save cost this holiday season, especially for 1-3 people. I bought mine, which happens to be kosher and my gluten-free gravy from . Normally I would make my own gravy, but with this size, itβs perfect for an easy holiday meal or a yummy any day of the week dinner with leftovers. Cook for 20-25 minutes per pound at 375. I left mine uncovered for the first 20 min, then tented it and did add a lil pour of organic low sodium chicken stock over it halfway through, then uncovered the last 10 minutes.
