Back to basics.
Your body knows when it’s time to eliminate. Don’t delay it, don’t ignore it. Holding it in only leads to more waste staying inside. Healing starts with simple daily habits like this.

The body was designed to eliminate daily, and when waste stays inside, it creates stagnation and toxicity that can affect the entire system. This doesn’t just stay in the gut it spills to other organs and show up as low energy, headache, skin eruptions or even pain in areas like the back, hips, or knees. When we support the gut, move the bowels, and restore proper elimination, the body begins to realign. Add circulation through simple practices like clapping, jumping, and abdominal stimulation, and you create flow in the system. It’s simple, but powerful. Remove the waste, restore the flow, and the body will do what it was designed to do heal.

Diseases are actually not that difficult to understand.
When you truly see the root causes, it can almost be laughable how simple they are.

The hard part is not understanding disease.
The hard part is working on yourself.

Being honest with yourself and asking why a certain problem keeps showing up in your life.

Healing means removing toxins physical and emotional and rebuilding the body by giving it what it truly needs.

That internal work… is the hardest part of healing.

I love using ginger in my daily life. It’s one of those beautiful roots that can warm the body, support circulation, and bring wonderful flavor to drinks and food and healing.

Instead of cutting fresh ginger every time, I prepare a large batch. I juice fresh ginger and freeze it in small ice cube trays. This way I always have ginger ready whenever I want it.

Sometimes I freeze combinations like:
•Ginger
• Ginger and lemon
• Ginger, lemon, and turmeric

These little cubes are perfect to add into warm drinks, tea, soups, or even cooking or to make ginger compress . You do the work once, and then you have fresh ginger ready for a long time.

Simple, practical, and always available when you need it.

I recently walked into a store and saw something that made me stop in my tracks “probiotic laundry detergent.”

This is where we really need to pause and think. Probiotics are living organisms. They are delicate bacteria that require very specific conditions to survive they cannot live in harsh chemical environments like laundry detergent.

The same logic applies to many other products we now see on the market: probiotic toothpaste, probiotic candies, probiotic sugary snacks, and many other so-called “probiotic” items. In most of these environments, the bacteria simply cannot survive long enough to do anything beneficial.

What we are often seeing is marketing not real microbiology.

Real probiotics must be protected from heat, oxygen, moisture, and harsh substances. They are living organisms, not decorations you can sprinkle into any product just to make it sound healthy.

It’s important that we educate ourselves and ask simple questions:
Can the bacteria actually survive in that product?
Is it protected?
Is it delivered in a way that allows it to reach the body alive?

Let’s stay informed and not fall for every trend that appears on a label.

Knee pain is very common, especially when there is inflammation, stiffness, or poor circulation in the joint. One very simple natural remedy that can help is fresh ginger. Ginger is well known for its ability to warm the tissues, increase circulation, and help reduce stagnation in the area.

In this video I am using fresh shredded ginger directly over the knee. You can place the shredded ginger inside a piece of cheesecloth or a thin cloth and apply it over the painful area. Ginger helps bring fresh blood flow to the joint and can help the body move inflammation out of the area.

You can leave it on for about 15–20 minutes, depending on how the skin feels. Ginger is very stimulating, so always listen to your body and remove it if it becomes too hot or irritating.

Sometimes the simplest remedies from nature can bring great relief. Fresh herbs, warmth, and circulation are powerful tools the body understands very well.

Sometimes the simplest remedies are the most powerful. Ginger is not only a beautiful spice for food and drinks, it is also a wonderful herb for circulation and for relieving pain and stiffness. In this video I show how to prepare a simple ginger decoction and use it as a hot compress over the wrist or any painful area. Ginger helps bring fresh blood flow to the tissues, warms the area, and helps move stagnation.

As a basic suggestion, if you are using a small piece of fresh ginger, you can grate about 1 tablespoon of ginger into 1 cup of water and simmer it for about 10–15 minutes. Of course the amount can vary depending on the size of the ginger root and how strong you want the preparation. Ginger is very forgiving, so you do not need to measure it perfectly.

Once the decoction is ready, dip a cloth or cheesecloth into the hot liquid, wring it gently, and place it over the painful area. Cover with a towel to retain the heat and let the warmth and ginger stimulate circulation. This method can be used for wrist pain, joint stiffness, muscle discomfort, or areas that feel cold and congested.

Sometimes healing does not require complicated methods, only simple natural tools used with understanding.

It may look simple.
It may look unusual.

But when you see people who were scheduled for surgery…
and after consistent clapping no longer needed it…

Is that not enough proof to start listening?

When thousands report reduced pain, better circulation, and restored flow something is happening.

Healing does not have to be complicated.
You don’t need expensive tools.

You have your hands.

Try it.

Let’s clap.

Ginger is not only food.
It’s not only in our favorite drinks, juices, or fermented slices next to sushi.

Ginger has also been traditionally used to support the body during inflammation, to stimulate circulation, and to help ease areas of stiffness and discomfort including arthritic, joints, knee pain, neck stiffness, etc

This simple root brings warmth where there is coldness, movement where there is stagnation, and flow where the body feels stuck.

In this video, I’m sharing the basic uses.
Deeper methods will come in separate videos.

Yes, routine can be supportive.
In a healthy, organized life, the body often finds a natural rhythm.

But we live in a very non-organized world.
Stress, rushing, screens, work, and pressure disconnect us from our signals.

That’s why strict meal rules don’t always work.
What matters most is rebuilding awareness.

Listen first.Eat only when you feel hungry.
Then routine will come naturally.

Clap with me over the heart meridian to support circulation and oxygen flow.
This simple practice can be done anytime, anywhere no special tools needed.

🫀 How to do it:
• Clap for 10 minutes on each side
• Use your hands only
• Follow your body and breathe naturally

Circulation is life.
Awareness is power.

If a simple practice can help even one person, it’s worth sharing.
