I felt pain in my body, so I listened.
I didn’t overthink it. I clapped.

You don’t need complicated preparation.
You don’t need special tools.

You can clap over any area that feels heavy, stuck, or painful.
Your body knows where it needs oxygen and blood flow.

Clapping wakes the tissue.
It opens the gates.
It moves stagnant energy and brings fresh circulation.

Circulation is life. Oxygen is life.

Don’t wait.
Don’t analyze.
Just clap like your life depends on it.

First, sauté chicken breast with onion, potatoes, carrots, and yam in olive oil until everything is lightly coated and fragrant.

On the side, take ¼–½ cup white rice, wash it well, and let it soak while you prepare the flavor base.

In a small bowl, mix:
• 1–2 tablespoons tomato paste
(1 for lighter color, 2 for deeper, richer flavor)
• 1 teaspoon paprika
• ½ teaspoon curry
• ½ teaspoon fenugreek
• Garlic (fresh or powder)
• Optional jalapeño for extra heat
• ½ teaspoon tamarind paste
• ¼ cup freshly ground walnuts

Add this mixture directly into the pot with the chicken and vegetables. Stir well so everything is coated.

Add the soaked rice, cover with water, season with salt, and let the soup simmer for 20–30 minutes, until the rice is fully cooked and the soup thickens naturally.

Taste and adjust:
• More rice -thicker, heartier soup
• Less rice -lighter, more brothy soup
• Adjust paprika, garlic, or tamarind paste to taste
• The soup should be slightly sour, not too sour

Finish with fresh cilantro and serve warm.

A new, home style Kharcho-inspired soup nourishing, grounding, and made with intuition.

Every 40 seconds, someone dies from a heart-related event.
Circulation is life when blood flow slows, the body suffers.

In this video, I teach two simple, powerful tools to help activate circulation and bring fresh blood flow to the body — cayenne first, then clapping.

Cayenne works internally, helping warm the body and support blood movement and circulation. It can be used as a tincture or in powder form what matters is having cayenne available when you need it. Keep it on hand at all times.

Clapping comes next, working externally to wake up circulation, stimulate blood flow, lymphatic movement, and the nervous system.

These are basic, traditional practices used for generations. Simple. Accessible. Powerful.

If we can help even one person, it matters.

This is not about fear.
It’s about knowledge, responsibility, and empowerment.

Learn your body.
Support circulation.
Share this with someone you love.

Recorded straight from my bath because this couldn’t wait.
Stop living in victimhood.
Your past and your trauma are not weaknesses — they are tools.
Use them to build, grow, and rise.
The future is yours when you choose it.

In class, I prepared our powerful Fire Cider a traditional remedy we make every winter to support immunity and overall vitality.

Fire Cider is made with a strong combination of garlic, onion, jalapeños, horseradish, ginger, turmeric, and rose hips. You can also add fresh herbs like oregano and other immune-supporting herbs. Some people choose to include oranges, berries, or other fruits to enhance both flavor and benefits.

Once everything is chopped and combined, cover completely with high-quality apple cider vinegar.
⚠️ I recommend avoiding Bragg’s, as the quality is no longer what it used to be. Whenever possible, choose local or small-farm vinegar supporting farmers supports health.

Let the mixture sit for 2 weeks up to 1 month, then strain. The infused vinegar can be mixed with raw honey and used as:
• Daily immune shots
• A warming winter tonic
• Or even as a salad dressing—a gentle and delicious way to give this remedy to children

Simple ingredients. Powerful tradition. Back to the basics of healing.

Healing always begins with you.
Before herbs, treatments, or protocols, the first step is learning to know yourself, love yourself, care for yourself, and be honest with yourself.

This relationship with yourself is the true foundation of healing.
When awareness and self-love come first, the body can follow.

Lazy Orange Soup 🧡🥕

I call this my Lazy Orange Soup because it’s incredibly easy to prepare, simple ingredients, minimal effort, and maximum nourishment.

Made with squash, carrots, potatoes, sweet yam, onion, garlic, olive oil, salt, and a touch of cumin powder. Everything is gently simmered, blended until creamy, and served with toasted bread rubbed with fresh garlic and drizzled with olive oil.

Small note 🌿
I always pay special attention to garlic. When we fly, travel, or go through times that suppress the immune system, the body needs extra support — and garlic is one of nature’s most powerful immune boosters.

Easy food. Healing food.

Let Food Be Your Medicine
Reminder to pause and look at what we’re truly feeding our bodies.
Real food doesn’t need smoke, bright boxes, or clever marketing to impress us.

You’ll see living yogurt, fresh fruit, and nourishing granola—foods that support the gut, the brain, and the whole body—next to the reality of boxed, processed cereals that do the opposite.

When food is alive, it gives energy.
When food is real, it heals.
When food is simple, the body knows exactly what to do.

Choose nourishment over noise.
Choose real food over garbage food.
Your body will thank you.

Hands on Healing with Hava
Thank you everyone who came and participated in my 2 classes!

This is the kind of knowledge that, once you learn it, you can’t “unknow” it. And the more you practice, the more natural it becomes, and you’ll start wondering why you didn’t do it this before!

Thank you, @⁨Hava⁩, for reminding us how powerful and capable we really are!

When we have knowledge, we have the tools to support ourselves, heal our children, and our families, and not only rely on pharmaceuticals as the only option!

Looking forward to the next event! 😍
