At least once a day I teach about Skin Health. The skin reacts off of what’s happening internally and needs to be addressed internally. Having beautiful skin is reflective of your detoxing organs and your blood. Making sure you’re using the restroom and optimizing your gut are key when holistically healing damaged skin.
