Anahata Holistic Healing provides an integrated approach to healing the mind, body and spirit with nutrition, yoga, meditation, breathwork, sound and energy healing modalities. Shehera Mocellin, the founder, is a Certified Nutrition Coach, Spiritual Counselor, Level 2 KRI Certified Kundalini Yoga and Meditation Teacher, Certified Breathwork Healer, Certified Usui Shiki Reiki Master and a Certified Pranic Healer with emphasis in Pranic Crystal Healing and Pranic Psychotherapy. In her practice, Shehera uses a heart-centered integrative approach that addresses the range of physical, emotional, mental, social, spiritual and environmental influences that affect health and well-being. She cares for her clients using an integrative blend of nutrition and spiritual coaching with principles of Ayurveda at the core, along with energetic healing modalities, breathwork, Kundalini Yoga techniques and meditations. She intuitively curates each healing & nutrition program to effectively achieve emotional balance, optimal health and spiritual development; thereby optimizing natural innate capabilities to heal and take full control of life, fully empowered.
