We had an incredible time celebrating our Kansas City ribbon cutting last week with the City of Westwood Kansas - Government, the NEJC Chamber Chamber. It was a special day surrounded by community partners, friends, and our leadership team including Betsy Welch, Area Director, Melissa Blankenship, CDP, COO, and Ashley Matthews, RN, Care Manager.

This moment represents more than a new office. It marks our commitment to supporting families across the Kansas City community with compassionate, personalized in home care and expert care management. We are proud to bring Arosa’s integrated approach to care to this market and look forward to building lasting relationships with the families and professionals we serve.

Ashley provides personalized care coordination and advocacy for aging adults and their families. She develops thoughtful, tailored care plans and works closely with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality support across medical, emotional, and social needs.

Diana Villapudua – Care Specialist
Diana brings 12 years of industry experience in recruiting and staffing to her role as Care Specialist at Arosa. With a strong background in talent acquisition and workforce coordination, she plays a vital role in connecting exceptional care professionals with the clients who need them most.

Jocelyn Muy – Area Director
With nearly nine years at Arosa, Jocelyn has grown through multiple leadership roles and now leads the South Bay team with passion and purpose. She is committed to creating equitable workplaces in healthcare and providing solutions that bring peace of mind to the entire family.

This Valentine’s Day, we’re celebrating Noel and Steve Mays, Arosa clients in the Piedmont Triad who just marked their 50th wedding anniversary. Their story reminds us that love is not only in the big milestones. It lives in the quiet moments, the shared laughter, the familiar routines, and the way they still look at each other after all these years.
