🌟 Mentoring for Youth (MYABO Program)
Make a lifelong impact on vulnerable youth affected by the opioid crisis and substance misuse.

Mentor Benefits include:

🎓 Internship hours and letters of recommendation.
💼 Case management experience and professional development.
🤝 A supportive team to guide you through the process.

Mentor Requirements:

✅ Must be ages 21+ with a 1-year commitment.
🕒 Commit to 5 hours per week with your mentee.
🗓️ Attend weekly meetings and ongoing training.
✨ Must be 5+ years sober (if applicable).

The heart of our Good Catch Program is encouraging everyone to be proactive about patient safety and keep our environment healthy. Let’s celebrate two employees who truly lived this mission in November! 🏆👏

Abel Rosales - Senior Programs Manager ✨
Abel gets this award for demonstrating exceptional leadership in patient safety—even when the issue originated externally with a vendor.

He spotted a potential patient safety hazard and immediately spoke up, ensuring the issue was fixed before any patients experienced injury or a poor visit. 🛑

His quick thinking didn't stop there: this incident pushed us to re-evaluate and update our "High Risk of Fall" procedures. 📊
