Merry Christmas! This year (2021) was a harvest year, a year of answered prayer. I'm a strong advocate of prayer and doing the work. The work of praying, journaling, writing down your plan and making it plain. This year I got married, I started graduate school and I'm made some definite business moves. Keep the faith (you need faith, of a mustard seed, to activate prayer). Start or continue the work of bringing your dreams into your present reality. I love you!

It's been a while. In my day job I'm a behavioral therapist. I mostly work with individuals that have autism (ASD) although I see others with behavioral challenges as well. This is my text book for my current class. I love it! Talk about incorporating the science behind coaching and behavior change! Anyway though I'd share. ✌🏽

Motivation Monday: It's February, the month of love! Although we tend to focus on love from a marketing perspective in February, as Mother Teresa said it's in season at all times. Love yourself, check negative self talk and extend that love to others. Love y'all! 💞✌🏽

I know there is much uncertainty around vaccines in general and specifically the C-19 vaccine. I decided to take it, I'm a front line health worker and I want to do what I can to keep those in my household safe. With that being said I also will do what I can to keep my body at it's highest functional level. Clean eating, plenty of fresh water and movement. Healing is intentional. What will you do to heal or prevent the need to heal? Let me know!

Wow! I didn't know just how prophetic my post on healing would be. The soul of America needs to heal. We can only do that by focusing on love. Don't give in to the FEAR (many would say hate, but hate is a symptom of fear). Stay the course, keep the faith, heal if needed and LOVE.

I have no intention on turning this page political, however, I am pretty motivated to insert myself into my local government. Remember our communities need us! They need our skills, talents and passions. They need our PURPOSE.
The hashtag I created means that we just need one member from each household to participate in local government. Participation goes beyond voting. It's serving in committees, volunteering for a candidate, being a candidate, attending meetings, etc. Get involved and serve!

Do you have more time to think and contemplate life? I know I do. Being softly forced to slow down has given us all time to reflect. This situation has it's perks. Learn a new skill, spend time with family (safely), solidify who you are and what your gift to the world is. We all have a least one. Give it generously and unabashedly. This is my homework for you. Have these questions answered before "normal" life resumes. You may not get the chance again to be told to slow down.
