A graduate of the Santa Fe School of Massage, I use a heart-centered approach to bodywork to create a unique session where each person’s natural healing process can unfold. If you are interested in letting go of old patterns and inviting more vitality into your being, then a healing energywork session can help you bring more awareness and sense of wholeness into your life. I'm certified in Intuitive Presence Bodywork, which means I channel my full attention into the present moment as I listen and respond intuitively to facilitate the free flow of energy through the body's chakras, meridians, and auric field. Experience how radiant you can feel when your energy systems are free flowing and balanced! Craniosacral uses gentle hands-on touch to directly relax your nervous system on a very deep level and help your body address a variety of issues including: trauma, headaches/migraines, allergies, TMJ, and chronic pain. If you would like to take your healing journey further and connect to the loving guidance from your Higher Self, angels, guides, and passed over loved ones, I can help you receive these powerful healing messages through an intuitive reading. Readings are available over the phone, and video call. These sessions are $50. I can also add distance energy healing to your reading for $100. I offer bodywork sessions at $125/60 min including the consultation and tax. I look forward to facilitating your healing journey!

I am also a licensed massage therapist, so that I can incorporate soft-tissue manipulations to help your body release tension on all levels.
