It’s interesting to look back in time and see how everything quietly connects. In 2016 my business was called Flight of the Heart. I was seeing individual clients, facilitating our WomenHeart support group, advocating through the American Heart Association and selling crystals. I became pregnant with my third baby and taught clients how to navigate through heartquake. At the time, I didn’t fully understand where it was leading. Over the years that work transformed into Heartquake Media. What began as a focus on the physical heart expanded into something more whole, embracing the emotional, spiritual, and mental dimensions of being human. Looking back now, the evolution feels less like a shift and more like a continuation.

I was once told I couldn’t have children. After a heart failure diagnosis, I went through years of healing using both Western medicine and alternative practices to learn how to truly de-stress and listen to my body. That journey led me to create Heartquake Media. Heartquake is about the moment your life changes and you’re forced to listen to your heart sense. The intuitive knowingness that comes from within your heart. We explore heart health through a mind-body approach, integrating physical healing, emotional awareness, and spiritual wellbeing. Science is finally catching up to what many of us have felt all along: the heart and mind are deeply connected. At Heartquake Media, we share real stories and conversations to help you reconnect with your heart and your health. Wellness begins with your heart.

How many times do we ignore our bodies before they force us to listen? In this episode, I sit with Kerry Malouf, a woman who survived three heart attacks in three years. We talk about the pattern so many women fall into: pushing through, avoiding help, and putting ourselves last. This is a conversation about stress, trauma, and why heart disease doesn’t always look the way we expect. Watch the full conversation in my Youtube Channel (link in bio)

An open conversation with about our hearts. Why do we always feel the need to protect them? The heart isn’t weak. It isn’t fragile. It’s a most powerful protector. When we live heart-centered, that alone is protection. Not because the heart needs guarding, but because it knows who belongs and who doesn’t. An open heart isn’t a liability. It’s strength. It’s wisdom. It’s divine protection.

Hospitals are places of healing, yet so many food options are ultra-processed, potentially harmful for your health and of zero nutritional value. When you’re sick or supporting someone you love as a caregiver, what you put into your body matters for both your mind and your heart. This includes more than just food. Surround yourself with people and content that lights you up and brings joy. Sending extra love to all the caregivers out there.

Watching someone you love slowly slip away is a kind of grief that doesn’t arrive all at once. It unfolds quietly, day by day. For Natalie, this journey has been shaped by her mother’s Alzheimer’s diagnosis. As a guide and teacher, Natalie reminds us through her own story that grief doesn’t always come with answers or solutions. Sometimes it simply asks us to stay present. To listen without fixing. To allow emotions to move through us in whatever form they take. There is healing in being heard. There is power in holding space with softness, patience, and care.
