In a time where so much feels heavy⊠I stood in a stadium and felt completely alive.
There is grief. There is horror.
And somehow â there is also more access to ART, beauty, and raw human expression than ever before.
I saw the Mayhem Ball TWICE this week.
Two different vantage points.
And wow⊠am I GRATEFUL.
Grateful because Lady Gaga bares it all.
Her joy. Her fear. Her drama. Her extraordinary musicality.
She sings openly about fame and celebrity â the seduction of it, the distortion of it, the loneliness and horror inside it. And then she stands there, fully human, letting us see both the cost and the beauty.
Three hours on stage.
Grand sets. Incredible dancers. The whole shebang.
Until the final bow you can FEEL her heart.
The show is a nightmare and a pleasure palace all at once. Super real. Deeply human.
And near the end â just her, a piano, and that voice.
Raw. Unfiltered. Filling an entire stadium.
She was also filming the concert for a future project. Some people complained.
It didnât impact me at all.
If anything, it felt special to know the energy in that room would live on.
Iâm sharing longer clips here because the experience felt too beautiful to keep to myself. For anyone who didnât get to see it â or didnât have it cross their feed â I wanted it out there. It deserves to be seen.
What struck me most was GENEROSITY.
She didnât need to do that many songs.
She didnât need to stay for nearly three hours.
That show looked physically and energetically intense.
But she gave. Fully.
It made me reflect on my own relationship to generosity.
There were times in my life I felt more open, more expansive.
Time has tightened me a bit. Security shifts you.
And yet â generosity isnât about quantity.
Itâs about giving what you truly can.
This is what she can give.
And she gives it with her whole heart.
