Happy National Autism Awareness Day! 💙 The special services department at Kipp Academy of Opportunity is organizing its 1st ever Autism Awareness Walk-a-thon! We aim to educate our student body and celebrate awareness! This is so exciting and I am happy to be a part! We are looking for sponsors and donations to make this event pop! Two Sundays ago Jewels for Families volunteered with Nourish LA, a great non-profit organization that uses excess food from farms and supermarkets, to feed those in need. Over 3,000 people are fed every weekend.
