Did you know…?

Those little gel packs in your sneaker boxes are not just for show. They are silica gel packs that quietly absorb moisture, prevent mildew, and stop odors before they reach your shoes. Even the fanciest box can trap humidity, but these tiny heroes keep your kicks fresh and protected.

✨ Pair them with our Fresh Flow shoe trees for the ultimate one two punch, with moisture gone, shape locked, and your shoes crisp, clean, and in peak condition 💫

This week, we’re excited to highlight Steven, known to The Kingsland Shoe Project family as 🤝 Based in the U.S., Steven is a creator whose love for sneakers, culture, and visual storytelling is clear in every post. His content blends footwear with lifestyle, capturing sneakers not just as products, but as part of everyday moments, movement, and self-expression.

What makes Steven’s page stand out is his ability to tell stories through his lens. From carefully composed on-feet shots and moody visuals to lifestyle-driven sneaker photography, each post feels intentional, authentic, and creatively grounded. His feed doesn’t just show sneakers, it highlights the feeling, mindset, and culture behind them.

We’re proud to feature Steven as part of The Kingsland Shoe Project Family and look forward to watching how he continues to cultivate cool through his unique perspective 💫

Name: Steven Antoine

Socials: IG

Let’s get to know Steven:

1) How did you get into sneakers? - My older brother pulled me into the sneaker world. He had this massive collection, and when he didn’t want a pair, I got the hand-me-downs.

2) Favorite sneaker of all time? - The Air Jordan 3 - no contest. It’s where design, story, and legacy intersect. Fire red specifically holds a place in my heart.

3) What are your favorite go-to pairs? Shoes by your door ready to wear? - Jordan 1s and 3s. Chicago colors, Black Cements, Fire Reds. One pair of Yeezy’s boost 700’s, they’re meant to be worn, not collect dust.

This is only the warm-up! From passions beyond sneakers and a life-changing journey, to sneaker culture’s biggest influences, timeless pairs, and advice for the next generation, check out the full Q&A on our blog:

Part 5 of 5 from The Kingsland Shoe Project’s 25 Most Loved Pairs of 2025 👟✨

Last round: a final mix of golf, lifestyle, retro heat, and future-forward tech.

Which pair from this post are you taking to break necks in 2026?

Slide 2: Aimé Leon Dore Suede Derby Hiker

Half Italian-made dress derby, half lugged hiker, fully ALD. Rich suede, metal eyelets, and a chunky sole mean it can handle real walking, but the proportions are clean enough to sit under pleated trousers or denim without looking like trail gear.
📸:

Slide 3: Sun Day Red Pioneer Magnolia – Off-White/Brick

Tiger’s new brand went full heritage here: wingtip-style leather upper, waterproof build, and a color combo that looks as good in the clubhouse as it does on the tee. Underfoot, modern cushioning and a grippy outsole make it feel more like a performance trainer than an old-school golf shoe.
📸:

Slide 4: Pharrell x adidas Adistar “Jellyfish”

An underwater story rendered in translucent overlays and flowing gradients on top of a cushioned, long-walk-friendly sole. Its unique 3D shape and lines nail that sweet spot where design nerds and comfort-seekers both feel seen.
📸:

Slide 5: UNDEFEATED x Air Jordan 4 Retro

Olive tones, premium materials, and two decades of UNDEFEATED x Jordan lore baked in. Most of us thought we would only ever see these on feeds, but Jordan finally re-released these and sparked conversation in 2025 that made them impossible for us to leave off this list.
📸:

Slide 6: On Cloudboom Strike LS

Built like a race tool, styled for real life. The sculpted CloudTec midsole and carbon-infused plate want to roll you forward fast, but the LS upper makes it totally acceptable as a post-run coffee shoe. If you like your performance pairs to look a little wild and feel very serious, this one hits. The future is now.

Part 4 of 5 from The Kingsland Shoe Project’s 25 Most Loved Pairs of 2025 👟✨

By now you know the drill: no rankings, just pairs we genuinely loved wearing and talking about.

Drop your favorite in the comments and tag a friend who’d agree, or disagree.

Slide 2: REGAL Shoe & Co. Tyrolean GORE-TEX

From the ankle up it’s a smart leather Tyrolean-style shoe, but underneath it’s all tech: GORE-TEX membrane, Vibram outsole, and OrthoLite cushioning. Made in Japan, it’s built for rain, cobblestones, and long days while still looking sharp with tailoring or dark denim.

Slide 3: New Balance U991UT2 by Up There

Flimby craft meets Melbourne taste. Layered suede, technical mesh, reflective hits, and Up There’s signature green create a 991 that feels both stealthy and special. ENCAP cushioning keeps it comfy for all-day city walking, and the inverted labels and tiny details quietly flex to those who know.

Slide 4: Nigel Sylvester x Jordan “Better With Time” & “Brick By Brick”

Two shoes, one narrative: building a life brick by brick. The AJ1 Low comes pre-aged with cracked textures and “Bike Air” tags, while the AJ4 leans into brick tones and NYC-inspired materials. Both wear like classic Jordans, but every panel feels like a page from Nigel’s BMX story.
📸:

Slide 5: Converse SHAI 001 “Butter”

Shai’s first Converse sig might be the smoothest hoop shoe of 2025. A zipper shroud lets you go sleek and sealed or casual and open and Zoom cushioning plus serious traction keep it game-ready. On foot, it feels like a tunnel-fit sneaker that just happens to get buckets.
📸:

Slide 6: Pantheon Geometric Oxford

A dress shoe with architecture built in. The clean leather upper sits on a faceted, sculptural sole that gives it modern-art energy while still reading as an Oxford. It’s made for people who want their “formal” shoes to be as conversation starting as their sneakers.

Part 3 of 5 from The Kingsland Shoe Project’s 25 Most Loved Pairs of 2025 👟✨

Each drop in this series mixes boots, dress shoes, runners, & collabs we just couldn’t ignore. If you could only keep one of these, which is it and why?

Slide 2: Air Jordan 40 “Chicago”

Forty years of Jordan history filtered into one silhouette, painted in classic Chicago colors. Modern foam and plate tech make it a legit on-court option, while the lines and details quietly nod to past Jordans without turning into a Frankenstein mash-up. The best new performance Jordan silhouette in many years.
📸:

Slide 3: Marni x HOKA “BONDI B3LS”

Max-cushion HOKA geometry wrapped in Marni’s delightfully unique color and material choices. The result is a shoe that feels like a cloud underfoot and a runway prop up top - perfect for anyone who loves performance tech but refuses to dress boring.
📸: .magazine

Slide 4: K-Swiss Marina RMX x Rakeem Miles “Get Me Out The Woods”

Forest-tone suede and mesh, velcro affirmations, and Rakeem’s “Action Figure” character turn this into a mental-health storyboard you wear on your feet. Underneath the art, there’s a chunky, cushioned sole and grippy rubber that make it an easy all-day shoe – thoughtful, fun, and surprisingly practical.
📸:

Slide 5: Dolce & Gabbana Brushed Calfskin Derby

Brushed black calfskin, a sharp last, and a slightly chunky sole give this derby pure “event night” energy. You buy it for weddings, dinners, and big moments, but the outsole and lining are dialed in enough to be way more comfortable than most stiff, old-school dress shoes.
📸:

Slide 6: FootJoy Premiere Series Packard LX “Harris Tweed”

Full-grain leather and genuine Harris Tweed panels turn this into the golf-shoe equivalent of a tailored jacket. The Premiere platform and VersaTrax+ outsole keep you locked in on wet turf, while the tweed and brogue detailing make you look like you’re walking into The Open, not just your weekend muni.
