“I don’t own the rights to this music”

I performed an ancestral Mayan massage which is an external and nourishing massage of the abdominal and pelvic area that guides the organs to their appropriate anatomical positions for optimal health and well-being. Moving the position of the organs to your tuch center (navel) and making sure the uterus is not too low can improve many things.

Followed by a herbal bath and Closing of the bones ritual which can be performed during the 40 days after giving birth but can be performed even many years after the birth itself with the same amazing results.

Finalizing with harmonic frequencies in a healing sound bath that interact with the different energy centers in your body to promote balance by releasing tension and blocked emotions.
