Here’s a sneak peak with several pictures from this past Sunday in Fort Worth, Texas DOING WHAT WE LOVE TO DO!! 🥹🙏🏼❤️ 🍃

🎉 It was a successful 3-hour interactive, Gluten-Free, Plant-Based, Non-GMO Cooking Class with a Health Lecture and a LIVE Cooking Demonstration segment along with an interactive Group Activity just before ending with a Q+A Session to answer questions that were sparked during class time!

🚗 Upon arrival, everyone received their color-printed Welcome Packets which included our homemade recipes, meal planning principles, info about who we are, and so much more! 🙌🎉

📈 Just in on CNBC, “…inflationary pressure means higher costs for small business owners who then have to make the difficult decision of how much of those costs they can afford to pass on to their customers without risking losing business.”

📍Due to the inflationary pressures affecting the postal services, shipping outside of the state of Oklahoma (where we are located) is no longer consumer-friendly. We believe in affordability for our customers, and do not wish to inflict upon you such an increase in shipping. As a result of coming together as small business owners and considering that our bread loaves need to be shipped “Express” or “2-Day” or “Next Day Air” due to the fact that we do not put preservatives in your loaves, we have regrettably decided to make shipping unavailable UNLESS you are purchasing wholesale or ordering from the state of Oklahoma (where our headquarters is located)!! It is a bit more affordable & consumer-friendly that way; otherwise, it is just not the most economical choice for our loyal and valued customers.

🥇 We stand firmly on the principles of health and nutrition, and we will not sacrifice your health upon the alter of inflation. We desire for you to continue to experience good, healthy bread, so it is not an option for us to lessen the grade/quality of our ingredients to meet the current market.

📦 If you wouldn’t mind being affected by the increase shipping cost, please contact us privately for a quote, and we would be more than happy to accommodate you!

We are so sorry for any inconvenience and/or disappointment this may afford. We feel your pain, if not more.
