Nicole was born and raised in sunny Los Angeles, California. At a young age, she trained in dance (jazz, tap and ballet) and gymnastics till the age of 10. At that age, she followed her dreams to become a musician but quickly realized she needed to train in movement once again. At age 18, Nicole started high level training at Santa Monica Muscle Beach where she mastered the art of the traveling rings and flying rings. At the Same time, she studied under Annie Carpentar at Exhale yoga in Venice Beach, California where she completed her 200 hour Smartflow certification in October of 2013. Following that, she completed her 50 hours in Restorative yoga with Leslie Kazadi, also at Exhale yoga. Nicole continued to train at the infamous Muscle Beach with her fellow yogis and also taught one on one private lessons for students who wanted to learn and master Vinyasa flow. She moved to the Philippines January 7th, 2015 to start teaching Vinyasa at dance studios, gyms, and continues teaching private clients. Now, she is back in Los Angeles continuing to teach group classes and privates, specializing in musicians yoga therapy. Nicole’s background and teaching is completely based on alignment and the spiritual practice of yoga of being conscious with a focus on movement and breathe.

Why are our brothers and sisters risking their lives by protesting during a pandemic? This shouldn’t be happening, we should be safe in our homes, but voices need to be heard... things need to be done. Action needs to be taken. Continue to share justice for black lives and just humanity itself! .

So my husband had a chance to sit down with like minded people to talk about his health and the traumatic experience he went through when he realized he had an AVM and an Aneurysm at the same time! Stay tuned, The NeuroNerds have dedicated all of December to Thomas and his surgery he will be facing on the 17th! Thank you guys for thinking of us!
