The Sherlock Holmes of the human body…
That’s what I try to be 👋
If you come to me tired, bloated, and stuck with your weight, I’m not going to hand you a generic plan and wish you luck.
📝 I’m going to ask questions.
A lot of them.
▪︎ How you sleep.
▪︎ How stressed you are.
▪︎ How your body feels during and after workouts.
▪︎ What time of day your energy crashes.
▪︎ What symptoms you’ve learned to ignore.
Because none of that is random.
Feeling exhausted, inflamed, or stuck isn’t a personal failure...
It’s information!
And my job is to connect the dots.
Same thing if you come to me with a weird ache or pain...
🙈 I don’t just throw exercises at it.
✅️ I investigate WHY it’s happening and what your body is compensating for.
I don’t believe in cookie-cutter plans.
I don’t believe in “just push harder.”
And I definitely don’t believe in ignoring what your body is trying to tell you.
