The Sherlock Holmes of the human body…
That’s what I try to be 👋

If you come to me tired, bloated, and stuck with your weight, I’m not going to hand you a generic plan and wish you luck.

📝 I’m going to ask questions.

A lot of them.

▪︎ How you sleep.
▪︎ How stressed you are.
▪︎ How your body feels during and after workouts.
▪︎ What time of day your energy crashes.
▪︎ What symptoms you’ve learned to ignore.

Because none of that is random.

Feeling exhausted, inflamed, or stuck isn’t a personal failure...

It’s information!

And my job is to connect the dots.

Same thing if you come to me with a weird ache or pain...

🙈 I don’t just throw exercises at it.
✅️ I investigate WHY it’s happening and what your body is compensating for.

I don’t believe in cookie-cutter plans.

I don’t believe in “just push harder.”

And I definitely don’t believe in ignoring what your body is trying to tell you.

👇👇👇

I look at every client like an individual case because that’s how real change happens.

If you’ve felt overlooked, misunderstood, or lumped into a one-size-fits-all approach…
this is why my coaching feels different.

Your body isn’t broken.

It just needs someone who knows how to listen. 🕵️‍♀️

Merry Christmas ✨️

Really grateful for my community this year.

Don't forget to pause, step back, take a deep breath and enjoy the day.

If you relate to this, your body is under chronic stress 👇

Does this sounds familiar:
→ you wake up tired
→ you rely on caffeine to function
→ you feel wired but also exhausted all the time
→ your workouts feel harder than they should
→ fat loss feels impossible
→ your body feels inflamed or puffy

This isn’t a motivation problem.

And it’s not because you’re “bad at consistency.”

It’s your body adapting to long-term stress.

And here’s the part most people don’t realize:
👉 these symptoms aren’t separate from weight loss… they explain it.

Your body is prioritizing survival, not change.

This is why I help my clients connect symptoms back to the root cause so we can fix the system, not just chase outcomes.

Once the system is supported, everything else gets easier.

Most people expect a fitness coach to start with workouts.

I don’t.

When someone comes to me saying:

“I’m tired all the time.”
“I’m bloated.”
“I’m doing everything right but the scale won’t move.”

I don’t ask how many workouts they’re doing.

I ask about:
👉 their stress
👉 their sleep
👉 their energy patterns
👉 their cycle
👉 how their body feels outside the gym

Because if those things are off, no workout plan in the world is going to work.

This is where most approaches miss the mark...

They try to force change through effort instead of understanding.

My job isn’t to make you push harder ⬇️

It’s to figure out why your body is resisting change in the first place.

That’s the difference between burning out and finally seeing results that last.

Every day, women tell me things like:

“I can’t lose weight.”

“I feel exhausted.”

“I’m bloated.”

“I just have no motivation.”

“I’ve tried everything but I can’t lose fat.”

But when I ask about their symptoms… the headaches, the irritability, the afternoon crashes, the sleep issues, the cycle changes…

They brush them off like they’re normal. 🤷🏼‍♀️

Here’s the truth:

✨ Those symptoms can tell you the reason you’re not losing weight. ✨

They’re not random.
They’re not separate.
They’re connected.

Your body is constantly giving you clues about what’s out of balance…

most people were just never taught how to interpret them.

When you learn how to understand your symptoms:

😩 why you’re bloated
😪 why you’re exhausted
😋 why your hunger feels chaotic

Then you also learn exactly why your body isn’t responding to your workouts, routine, or diet.

🚨 This is the detective work I do with my clients.

We don’t just chase weight loss.

We uncover the root cause behind everything so your body finally feels safe enough to change.

And once you understand what your symptoms are telling you?

Your progress gets a whole lot easier.

If you want a first step, start with my Cortisol Checklist. It helps you understand which stress pattern is driving your symptoms right now.

You can’t out-workout dysregulated hormones.
You can’t out-discipline chronic stress.
You can’t out-hustle a body that doesn’t feel safe.

Your body needs support beyond the gym.

That’s why my method works... and why my clients finally see progress after years of frustration.

This is the approach my new Safe Burn Blueprint is built around! Which is coming in early 2026!

Until then, if you want a first step:

Most people think in-person training is more “personal.”

But as someone who’s done both… I disagree.

When I trained clients the traditional way, I saw them 1-3 hours a week.

Great sessions, but no support for the other 165 hours. 🤷‍♀️

No coaching through their stress.
No accountability on hard days.
No guidance when life got messy.
No way to adjust their plan in real time.

And that’s why so many people stayed stuck.

🚨 Online coaching changed everything.

✔️ I talk to my clients every day.

✔️ I know their stress, sleep, mood, cycle, and energy.

✔️ I adjust their workouts based on how their body feels that day... not a pre-set appointment.

✔️ I coach the full picture - habits, lifestyle, movement - not just the hour in the gym.

It’s not less personal.

✅️ It’s **more** personal than anything I ever did in person.

If you’ve been working out consistently and still feel stuck…
It’s not you.
It’s the model.

Your body needs support - not more sessions.
