This past week, ALSAE hosted a private, behind-the-scenes experience at the Buck Institute for Research on Aging, bringing cutting-edge longevity science and storytelling together.

We brought 13 creators from Los Angeles whose work reaches millions—through film, television, and interactive gaming—for an immersive day of presentations, lab tours, and candid conversations inside active research labs.

We’re deeply grateful to our partners and sponsors, and especially to the Buck Institute, for so generously opening their doors for this unique experience.

Special thanks to Eric Verdin, Nathan Price, Karl R. Pfleger, and Michael Kope for their inspiring presentations, and to the Buck’s remarkable scientists and staff who shared their work with such passion.

We're also extremely grateful to The Science and Entertainment Exchange and Rick Loverd for the extraordinary collaboration.

This is ALSAE in action: creating curated experiences at the intersection of longevity science and the arts, where researchers and creators converge around the work of curing the diseases of aging—sparking new creative ways to imagine a future of transformational health across culture.

💫 Happy New Year!

Our New Year’s Resolution:
To empower the arts to join longevity science in the fight against the diseases of aging.

🙏We’re incredibly thankful to all the donors who stepped up to help close our matching grant!

We can’t fully express how much it means to have supporters like you — people with an inspiring combination of foresight and compassion. We’re genuinely grateful to be building this together. ⭐

Though ALSAE launched less than three months ago, the momentum we’re seeing has already affirmed the need for this foundation. It exists because culture matters — and science needs storytellers as much as it needs labs.

We wish 2026 is your best year yet, and with our combined efforts, many, many more healthy ones to come!⚕️

A moment of true organizational pride!

It was inspiring to realize how many ALSAE Ambassadors happened to be present during the Longevity Global Summit (9 pictured) at the Buck Institute for Research on Aging.

Each brings leadership, vision, and a unique contribution to advancing the mission to end age-related disease.

We are deeply grateful for their support — we couldn't do it without them!

We were honored to take part in the panel “Ecosystem Builders – The Role of Organizations in Advancing Longevity Medicine,” alongside leading voices in the field.

📸 Pictured: Our co-founder Maria Entraigues Alan at the panel and co-founder Gary Alan, being interviewed for the Better by The Numbers Podcast.

At ALSAE (pronounced “all say”), we believe that advancing longevity science requires a united ecosystem — one that bridges research, public engagement, and cultural influence. Events like this reflect the growing momentum behind a global shift toward healthier, longer lives for everyone.

We’re proud to represent the voice of both science and culture in this movement. Stay connected — more to come.

DOUBLE YOUR IMPACT: Help us rewrite the story of aging.

Our End-of-Year Campaign is LIVE! Thanks to a $100,000 challenge match, every dollar you give before Dec 31st is DOUBLED.

We believe the future of human health won’t just be decided in the lab—it will be shaped in studios, on stages, and through stories.

Here is the reality:
✅ Science is racing forward to prevent age-related diseases.
⚠️ Public understanding hasn't caught up—few people are aware of the field, and if they are, it's often through the lens of misleading hype and dystopian tropes.

ALSAE bridges that gap.

We bring filmmakers, musicians, actors, and visual artists directly into research labs to witness the progress and potential firsthand.

We give them access to the real science and the tools to tell new, authentic stories that inspire millions.

Your support helps us:
✅ Connect Hollywood to the real science
✅ Engage the recording industry
✅ Spark science and art collaborations
✅ Create cultural change at scale

Help us raise the final $68,000 to unlock the full match.
Give today. Double your impact. Change the future.
