This is how we build a facial massage routine that actually works ✨ Neck + jawline → cheekbones → eye area + forehead

When the body relaxes first, the face responds faster. Less tension and better glow 🤍

Save this routine and share it with your clients — it’s the kind of care they’ll feel after just one session 🤲
And remember my business girls, education creates trust, consistency creates results!

Not when you plan to change — but when you actually commit. This is the moment our students stop collecting techniques and start building real confidence, structure, and results.

One of our students increased her bookings by 40% after joining the course at the beginning of this year 🤍 You can explore more real stories in our "STUDENTS" highlight

FaceBliss Academy is about more than techniques! We teach a professional approach, system thinking, and how to turn real skills into sustainable income

If you feel that this might finally be your moment to grow 🚀 comment ONLINE below and we'll tell you about all the opportunities we have right now

Why doesn’t “just massaging the face” work?
Because the face is part of a whole system

We always start with the neck and décolleté, release tension there, and only then work with the face 🤲

ChatGPT can help you structure content, clarify client communication, explain complex concepts in simple language, and even reflect on your own practice.

When used intentionally, it becomes a tool for education, confidence, and professional growth — not shortcuts.

We’ve put together practical ChatGPT prompts designed specifically for facial aestheticians, massage therapists, and beauty professionals who want to think deeper, communicate clearer, and grow without pressure.

What you can’t actually learn on YouTube? 📺
Learn more about our February intake here: http://facebliss.beauty/openclass?utm_source=fb

Most beauty professionals know techniques. probably like yourself. You've watched tutorials. You've saved videos “for later”.

But what’s often missing isn’t how to do a technique — it’s when to use it,
in what sequence, and why it works on one face but not on another.

That’s something YouTube — and most short courses — can’t teach.
Because real results don’t come from isolated techniques.
They come from systems thinking 🧠

At FaceBliss Academy, we teach how sculptural work, lymphatic flow,
and the nervous system interact as one system — not separately.

We don’t work with movements alone ✋ We work with causes, structure, and response. When you understand why you’re doing what you’re doing,
your work becomes intentional ✨ This is the difference between copying techniques and truly mastering your craft.

February intake is officially open 🤍
We’re opening enrollment for our February program at FaceBliss Academy — a space for estheticians and beauty professionals who are ready to grow with intention, not rush.

đź”— Learn more http://facebliss.beauty/openclass?utm_source=fb

❗️This program is limited by spots beacuse it’s limited by mentors.

We work closely with our students, guide each step, review technique, mindset, and professional direction. That level of support can’t be scaled endlessly — and that’s exactly why enrollment opens only a few times a year.

If you’ve been waiting for the right moment to deepen your practice, refine your skills, and step into the next level of your career — this is it.
The February intake will close once our mentors are fully booked.

We’d love to see if this path is right for you 🤍

The zygomatic bone and the upper jaw are attachment points for several muscles that directly influence facial aesthetics.

Most facial muscles originate from bony structures — the zygomatic bone, the maxilla, and the edges of the orbit.
If we work only with the muscle belly, the effect will be superficial and short-lived.

What happens in the attachment zones?
• chronic tension forms
• tissue glide worsens
• microcirculation is impaired
• neighboring muscles and fascia are pulled into tension

The zygomatic bone and upper jaw are especially important areas — this is where muscles converge that affect:
• nasolabial folds
• the position of the upper lip
• the depth of folds around the nose
• overall facial expression

When we work gently and precisely with the attachment points:
âś” the muscle releases along its entire length
âś” tissue nourishment improves
âś” tone changes without overstretching
âś” the face becomes more alive and mobile

This is subtle, deep work.
It requires anatomical knowledge and sensitive hands — but it’s exactly this approach that gives a lasting, natural result, not an effect “for a couple of days.”

In my professional course “Sculptural Facial Massage”, I’ve structured all the facial muscles in a clear and practical way — making it easier to understand and apply this work in practice.

In facial massage, there are no small details.
There are details that change everything.

The temporoparietal muscle is small—but extremely influential.

It is connected to the epicranial aponeurosis and directly affects scalp mobility, eyebrow position, and the sensation of a “heavy forehead.”

When there is tension in this area:
• eyebrows lose their natural lift
• the gaze appears tired
• the feeling of pressure in the head increases

Every muscle, no matter how small, is part of a much larger system.

📌 We share deeper insights about facial muscles on our channel “FACE MASSAGE PROs”

Are your stories just nice to watch — or are they bringing you clients?

For estheticians, stories aren’t about posting more. They’re about posting with intention.

When your content shows how you think, how you work, and why your approach is different, clients stop scrolling and start trusting.

The muscle that lifts the upper lip and the wing of the nose is one of the most underestimated muscles in facial work — yet one of the most influential.

What it does:
• lifts the upper lip
• widens the nostril
• actively participates in facial expressions (tension, control, subtle disdain)

Understanding and working with this muscle can dramatically change how the face looks, feels, and moves — especially in advanced facial massage and face building practices.

You can explore more facial anatomy insights and professional techniques directly on our acc!
