creator of Luna Yoga. hey there…. From the moment I first stepped onto the mat, I knew that yoga would become a part of my daily self-care practice.

Izzy Rose passionately empowers students to practice daily self-care, love themselves wholeheartedly and encourages them to support, uplift and celebrate one another on and off the mat. As a former dancer, the physicality of yoga felt like a natural evolution in my relationship with movement. Whilst my dance background plays an integral role in the flow of my yoga classes, I believe strongly, that movement is for everyone! My classes blend together the movement of yoga, the power of breath, and practice of self-inquiry, to create a uniquely transformative experience. I aim to help students find strength, courage and comfort in their own skin. You will laugh, you will explore, you will connect and you may even shed a tear, but mostly, you will be invited to embark on a journey of self-discovery. When i’m not teaching, you can usually find me in my pjs watching movies, playing board games and baking with my family. I love the outdoors, the first cup of coffee in the morning, autumn and chocolate biscuits- well anything chocolatey really!
