Jenn's AntiAging Product recommendation and tips to help people improve your skin, hair, body, and health. I'll also be providing tips on living a healthy lifestyle.

I work with physicians and health care professionals and I train them on patented machines and products to help patients improve their health and the health of their skin. A lot of clients have been wanting me to create a page to share my tips and product recommendations, so I finally created Jenn's Healthy Antiaging page! I'll also be providing tips on how to live a healthy lifestyle, from eating healthy, yummy recipes, how to reduce stress, how to improve your sleep quality, etc. I love to help people who are concerned about how they're aging, whether it's fine lines and wrinkles, sagging skin, low energy levels, low sleep quality, hot flashes, etc. And I educate them on patented products guaranteed to make them look and feel younger, with optimal health.

Love for others, Love for everyone, and especially Love for yourself. Self-love may be difficult for some, but it's so important to love yourself before you can truly love others. Happy Earth Day! Just wanted to share some tips to preserve our Earth. Little things we do every day make a difference.
1. Use reusable stainless steel straws - we use straws when we drink our greens juice. We love our stainless steel straws. Drinks are colder too!
2. Use reusable bags everywhere, not just at the grocery store. I bring my reusable bags to clothing and cosmetic stores, even when bags are free.
3. Instead of plastic water bottles, use glass water bottles and refill them with filtered water.
4. Eat fewer animal products and more plant foods to combat climate change, soil, air, and water pollution, ocean dead zones, and myriad other problems caused by industrial livestock production.
5. Turn lights off when you're not in the room and unplug appliances when not in use.
6. Be mindful. Reduce, Reuse, and Recycle when you can.
