Day 8/14 of the Body Right Challenge.
People say that waist training doesn't work, but training with a 25-steel-bone waist trainer hits different!
The extra steel bones give more structure and support, helping keep my posture aligned, core engaged, and waist compressed EVENLY with NO folding or rolling!
Waist trainers aren’t magic. You have to be consistent with your workouts and diet. This just supports the work I’m already doing.
