I spent most of my Monday afternoon in the kitchen, but it was worth it. I wasn’t rushing the process took my time and enjoyed it. I haven’t done that in a while. This morning, I didn’t have to worry about preparing or cooking my meals; that’s key to staying on track.
Meal 1: Lemon 🍋 cottage cheese pancakes 🥞 I added 2 tbsp of keto syrup
Meal 2: Flank steak from seasoned with everything rub from & smoked on a Traeger grill, paired with organic jade pearl rice & air fried asparagus
Meal 3: Chicken breast season edges with everything rub paired with air-fried white potatoes & asparagus
