Hello friends.
Do you ever find that you can't relax your shoulders no matter what you do to help yourself?

Well. I found this nifty trick that helps a lot.

In order to get your shoulders (and other areas of your body) to relax, a good trick is to focus on something small, like your thumbs. So tense up your hands and your thumbs and watch what happens when you focus on relaxing your thumbs. Let me know what you discover.
