On I’m back! So excited to be on the road again, exploring a new city and delivering my first ‘ln person’ event since before the pandemic. Nothing beats the personal connection of being in the same room together making new connections, sharing personal experiences and learning from each other face to face. I’m also humbled to to be supporting an organisation that has been instrumental in fighting the Covid battle for us all 🙏🏻

Always overwhelmed with the journey individuals go on and the incredible change which can be achieved through . I’ve witnessed heightened , higher levels of , increased levels of , improved and much more!

What I also love is that I learn just as much from my clients. I’m always developing and growing as a coach and psychologist through every single session. Refining my , fine tuning , I learn from every individual I coach and from every organisation and industry I work within. Not least having moved countries I’m now learning what it means to be a coach in the US and within the area. I’m enjoying immersing myself in the and of some incredibly exciting and inspirational companies and leaders.

World Mental Health Day, 10/10/20. The COVID crisis has upped the ante for leaders to prioritize the mental health of employees. Failing to do so will exact a steep hidden cost.
