Nationwide virtual health coach via Zoom is available with meals shipped throughout the USA. This page is focused on lifestyle education to help you reduce inflammation, find natural ways to heal, get to your optimum weight, learn to eat whole food nutrition and learn long-term healthy lifestyle habits. On my own weight loss journey, I discovered that for my long term dietary and health plan making new food items out of “pre-packaged meal packets” was not the best idea for myself or my clients. My goals were to get away from pre-packaged, processed foods and strive to move into a lower carb yet more natural foods menu. Along my health journey I've had to address my autoimmune symptoms, chronic fatigue, muscle and joint pain, insomnia, brain fog and loss of energy. I've worked with a variety of holistic health coaches and integrative practitioners to heal myself from the inside out. Our long-term health and wellness starts in the gut. We can find health and wellness! Organic vegetables, grass-fed meats, nutritional supplements, consistent exercise and mental wellness all play a part in our day to day vitality.
