Stop the "Mid-Week Slump" before it starts! 🛑
Did you know that by Tuesday afternoon, most office workers have already spent over 12 hours in a "forward-hunch" position?
This leads to what we call Tech Neck—putting up to 60 lbs of extra pressure on your cervical spine.
Here are 3 quick "Desk Fixes" for your Tuesday:
1. The 20-8-2 Rule: Sit for 20 mins, stand for 8, and move for 2.
2. The Chin Tuck: Gently pull your chin straight back (like making a double chin) to reset your neck alignment.
3. Check Your Screen: The top of your monitor should be at eye level. If you're on a laptop, prop it up on some books!
