Divinergy I use Shamanic energy medicine to awaken, balance, and realign the four sacred aspects of self. I'm an author and the founder of Divinergy.

Our mission is to provide quality alternative health methods to promote a more holistic approach to healing and living, which includes;

· Providing holistic health information that can have a positive effect on the well-being of not just the individual, but the community as a whole, by providing natural health awareness.

· Promote a drug-free holistic approach to health, so you can restore your optimal health. This happens by innerstanding true health comes from within, without the negative effects of drugs. Healing is thereby a natural function of the body and does not require the harsh and addictive medications pharmaceutical manufacturers provide. Our goal is to act as a mediator for the individual by educating, providing holistic services and knowledge so you can better innerstand when to help your body back to homeostasis, when to consult a health care professional, and most of all, know when to stand back and allow your body to heal itself. We foresee a world in which natural therapies are readily accessible and socially supported for all.

There are four core human emotions, mad, sad, glad and fear. These core emotions mix and intensify into the many states of being that we recognize as the human experience.

1. Mad can also include irritation, frustration, rage, hatred, resentment, bitterness, jealousy and indignation. Mad is often about boundaries being crossed, power dynamics, or unmet expectations. It fuels protection and action but can also distort when unexpressed.

2. Sad can also include loneliness, grief, guilt, shame and regret. Sadness usually reflects the need to release, heal, or let go. It opens the heart and deepens empathy.

3. Glad can also include contentment excitement, anticipation, joy, love, gratitude, awe and wonder. Glad is expansive. It brings openness, creativity, and connection but can also shift into mania if it becomes unbalanced.

4. Fear can also include anxiety, insecurity, panic, suspicion and paranoia. Fear is about survival, protection, and awareness of potential danger. At healthy levels it sharpens instincts; when prolonged, it leads to paralysis or withdrawal.

These four core emotions can be blended which creates more emotions like:

Envy: Sadness (not having) + Anger (resentment toward who has it).

Compassion: Sadness (for another’s suffering) + Joy (desire to help).

Hope: Fear (uncertainty) + Joy (belief in a better outcome).

Disgust: Fear + Anger, often in response to something threatening or repulsive.

Pride: Joy + Anger (protecting one’s worth/achievement).

Every subtle emotion you’ve ever felt can be traced back to one, or a mixture, of the four core emotions. They’re like the four winds pushing us in different directions, and everything else is the weather pattern they create when they collide.

All of your emotions are generated from something you believe to be true or have defined to be true, all within the reality you're focusing on for yourself.

It's impossible for an emotion to exist by itself, as it's a byproduct of an underlying belief system, and that belief system is something you've simply been taught. For example, if you have the experience of fear, it's indicative that you're holding on to a belief system, or a definition of an experience, that's out of alignment with who you truly are. The emotion of fear is nothing more than a result of the resistance to your true self.

You can reverse engineer the situation you're experiencing by questioning the emotion you're currently feeling. Ask yourself, "What is it I believe in this situation that's making me feel this way?" You need to identify that belief so you can transcend the "addictions" within that belief to "preferences".

Instead of saying the following phrases, use the latter. Be careful with the words you choose, because you’re not just "describing" your reality, you’re "prescribing" instructions to your subconscious. Every phrase you speak, programs the mind and body to follow suit.

I have to, I would but, I can't, I'm forced or I'm stuck---> I choose to

I can't, I have no choice, If only, I wish or I should ---> I create

I'll see, I might, Hopefully or I'll try ---> I commit

I'll settle, obey, conform or tolerate ---> I align

I need to, I wish, I could or I don’t deserve ---> I embody

I can't grow, I'm stuck, I reached my limit, I'm not enough, It's too late for me or I'll think about it ---> I expand

I don't have it in me, It's too hard, Maybe someday, I wish I could, or I'm not ready ---> I activate

I doubt, I deny, I can’t, I don’t believe or I don’t deserve ---> I affirm

I can’t, I never, I don’t deserve, That always happens to me, It’s impossible for me or I’ll never have ---> I manifest

I disrespect, I ignore, I dishonor, I betray or I neglect ---> I honor

That sounds right, That adds up, That checks out, I guess so or That makes sense ---> I resonate
