Today is an emotional day at Lynn Family Vision.
After nearly 20 years of serving our patients with unmatched compassion, professionalism, and heart, our beloved teammate and friend, Jan Goff, is stepping back from full-time work and beginning her well-earned retirement.
If you’ve ever met Jan, you know why this is bittersweet. She isn’t just part of our team — she is part of the soul of our practice. Patients trust her instantly. Families ask for her by name. And her calm presence, warm smile, and deep care have shaped the experience inside our offices for two decades.
For our family, it goes even deeper. Jan has been a family friend for almost 40 years, someone who has stood with us through seasons of growth, change, and challenge. She has poured so much of herself into our practices, and it shows in every patient she’s helped and every life she’s touched.
While she won’t be with us every week anymore, we’re grateful this isn’t a goodbye. Jan will continue with us PRN (as needed) — so our team, our patients, and our community will still get to see the person who has meant so much to all of us.
