Whether you are a person dealing with mental health challenges, a caregiver/ family member of a child who is dealing with mental health challenges, NAMI Louisville has support for you! On Thursday night, NAMI Louisville was invited to be one of the groups present to provide mental health services and resources to those in need. The Remembrance and Healing, Louisville Orchestra concert presented by the City of Louisville was held to honor those who died in the UPS plane tragedy and to bring our community together in this time of need. Thank you, Mayor Greenberg, Louisville Fire Chief Brian O'Neill, and the Louisville Orchestra, for dedicating your time to this night as our community processes the impact of this tragedy.

NAMI Louisville Family to Family is a class that help you support your loved ones. This program is taught by facilitators with shared experience who knows what it feels like to care for someone who is dealing with mental health challenges. When you take this class, you receive the tools to feel confident in caring for those you love.

NAMI Louisville could be the person you talk to on the other end of the phone. In 2025, NAMI Louisville was able to help over thousands of people just through resource calls alone.

Through our connections with other organizations around the city, NAMI Louisville was able to provide resources to over 10,000 individuals. Due to the community, NAMI Louisville was able to help those who came to us in need, but we weren't able to do it without you!

The holiday season is near, and although we spend time with our families and friends, the holidays could bring on some feelings of grief for loved ones. These feelings can be hard sometimes; we don't know how they appear or how to care for ourselves during this time. Although these times can be difficult, NAMI Louisville wanted to share a few tips on ways to make these feelings a little less intense.
