Heat oven to 375. Brown ground beef in a wide skillet to let most of moisture out (we love ground brisket.) Put in a bowl, season with real salt, mix in shredded hard aged cheddar. Fill muffin tins. In another bowl, stir up 5-6 eggs with about 1/4 cup of milk (raw preferred. Non homogenized or A2 second choice.)Add a touch of hot sauce if you wish. Pour in the meat-filled tins to the top. Put in the oven for 20 min.

For those not sensitive to nightshades or who aren't being strict on veggies. Or if you're cooking for others, adding jalapeños and chiles in the beef mix is a crowd pleaser.

Day in and day out, we see drastic and sustained improvements in those who implement a return to ancestral and more primal diets and without the need for drugs and supplements.

If you are over 35, not very active, and you eat more than 20g of any carbs a day, good luck on losing much weight. If you're very active you may be able to get away with it. You either manage or break your carb addiction - both are hard, but one leads to success and the other misery and frustration.

So glad I found ! This family owned farm does it right, and now I have a trusted awesome source for raw dairy! The benefits are enormous, and much like everything else that is "healthy" and part of our heritage, raw dairy has been unfairly maligned by the powers that be.🤨

As we wake up and realize that a more primal, ancestral way of eating is key to achieving super metabolic health💪, more and more money is poured into chemical slop ☠media campaigns to scare you away from animal-based 🐂 nutrition and lure you into bad health.🤮

Eventually, truth prevails, but plant-based initiative money 🤑 can slow the process. We need to all be supporting our food producers that use humane and regenerative farming practices - healthy for ALL as well as the environment. 🌏

Plant-based foods are ok when you are in starvation, in need of food, and no animal nutrition is available (you're a really bad hunter or you've killed all the animals off! ;-) )

ALL plants have defense mechanisms to survive against predators - these constituents are called anti-nutrients. They vary depending on the plant you eat, but your body definitely has to handle these substances in a "reactive," defensive way. Hence your weird health issues.

If you have to eat plants, I recommend cooking them down beyond recognition to decrease the anti-nutrient hit. Otherwise, uh - don't emphasize plants in your diet. Now you know!

Mind you, main stream media, medicine, nutrition and institutions are still using the "eat your fruits and veggies, limit meat and fat" approach. Modern science does not support this nor does the last 2 million years of human history!

You decide if you want to be like everybody else with all sorts of health issues, joint problems, skin problems, rough aging, and just general breakdown.

You can't out-exercise bad dieting. In fact, a bad diet keeps you from wanting to move or exercise so you typically get weaker and more malnourished.

Fix your diet first, eat mostly animal-based foods, get to feeling great, then engage in exercise! And keep in mind, exercise is a replacement for our need for human activity we no longer do due to fast advances in modern technology - we no longer have to move! Your genetics demand it if you want to be healthy and vibrant!

Evolution lags way behind our modern world advances. So we have to simulate lost levels of activity our bodies are designed for with ... Exercise. Our ancestors would surely laugh at our treadmills and bootcamps ;-)

"Eat your vegetables," we were told. "They're good for you." Yes, they can be if you're starving, but as a staple in your diet? Only if you're an herbivore 🐇 - and you're not if you are a human reading this post. 💪

In fact, those nutrients you think you're getting - think again. What's written on paper does not equate to what is delivered to your cells. 🤔

Why? Plants also want to live and they have their own natural defenses⚔. We call them anti-nutrients, and they wreak havoc on our guts, joints, immune system, levels of inflammation and more. ☠

All those strange insidious symptoms like aches, pains, stiffness, bloating, fogginess, eczema, acne, indigestion, etc...and eventual diagnosis such as arthritis, IBS, IBD, Celiac disease, psoriasis, headache, cancers, strange lesions, cysts, on and on; are the new norms in our modern day "corlorful" diets. 😵

I've been there, done that, preached it - because its what I was taught. And it's wrong. 🚫

We don't need experts and science to tell us how to eat. We need them to help us recover from the resulting problems.⚕🩺

Human history gives us a nice template and it has nothing to do with eating hybrid foods shipped from all over the world directly to your plate 3+ times a day. Until this information becomes mainstream, I'll reluctantly serve these anti-nutrients to my loving maleducated family and friends with a side of truth. 📃

However, if I find them starving and on deaths doorstep, I'll gladly serve them up a nice dose of lectins, oxalates, phytic acid, gluten, lignans, saponins, solanine, glocosinolates, and tannins if thats all I can find. Don't worry, I'm mindful of refeeding syndrome😉

Love finding places like this when traveling! Of course you can partake in ALL the other breakfast foods if that's your thing or if it's your "cheat day," ha! In terms of healthy inflammation levels, the main variable of concern would be the oil they cook with. So many restaurants cook with pretty cheap vegetable/seed oils. Cooking in those stable healthy fats like real butter, lard, or tallow has gone by the wayside. Sometimes you can request your food be cooked in butter if they have it. Most of the time their butter is not really butter! So, what do you do? If you eat out frequently, ask what they use! Request a better option - butter, coconut oil, or bacon grease/lard. Good luck!

First time eating out since the covid madness started. I even allowed the sweet potato to stay on the plate. Took 2 or 3 bites - chalk it up to hormesis. The filet, locally sourced, and the crab meat (I have no clue where its from) completed my nutrition for the day.
I then dropped by and loaded up for the week. Supporting my local restaurants that use local food sources and local farmers - the way it should be.
Wake up and use common sense peeps. The money and powers that be have no interest in your health other than guaranteed decline that leads to food industry profit and pumping massive pharmaceuticals. This "little" awakening to the truth in the carnivore movement pales in comparison to the money and support for plant-based initiatives. Sad but true. It's up to YOU to find and support your local food producers, ranchers, farmers and buthchers.

Burger, topped with bacon, raw cheese, and egg = appetizer. I'm still here just extra busy! I'm actually a real practitioner (DPT) with clinic as well as online/telehealth patients and clients. Not a lot of social media time 👨‍💻

Covid-based governance and regulations have really challenged our way of practice.😷 I'm also seeing a greater interest in metabolic health which is a plus!

My focus remains the same but I've added much more emphasis on strengthening immunity and that entails addressing obesity and insulin resistance - 2 related factors being cited as common denominators in aggressive covid cases (inflammation!)🥵 - really enjoying reports - be sure to follow for cutting edge info.

I'll be posting more soon! If this pandemic isn't a wakeup call, I don't know what is. Stay safe and say .
