Hello friends and past customers and clients.

It's been almost a year since I closed the physical location of HeartSpace and sold the building. Since then, I've offered sacred sound journeys "on the road" and I am super excited to return to Nazareth Retreat Center on Sunday, December 3rd to facilitate a 2.5 hour event. Day two of our Intentional Pause retreat began after breakfast with a slow movement meditation, followed by the spiritual practice of Visioning for our highest life's expression.

After lunch, we explored the nature of Nature through our senses, and creative mindfulness with mandalas.

We capped off the evening with a gratitude practice and integrated our day with a full moon gong meditation.

My heart is full. My soul is satiated.

Ten days ago we learned that we had a MAJOR water leak between the city meter at the street and our house. It took nine days to get estimates, prepare the property for digging, and replace 100 feet of water supply line under landscaping and hardscape. It consumed all my time, attention, and energy.

Today, I took time for myself. I moved my body at the gym. I connected with a friend. I got my hair cut. I meditated. I found my equilibrium after a time of intense focus and coordination of many moving parts.

Tonight, I am extending the EARLY BIRD offer to all of you because I didn't have capacity to send out reminders last week.
