Some simple ways to decrease fatigue and boost your energy levels during treatment would be prioritizing rest and getting adequate sleep of minimum 7-8 hours a day. Doing light types of activity such as walking or yoga, as well as keeping a healthy diet, rich in lean proteins such as poultry and eggs, fresh fruits & vegetables, whole grains, and healthy fats to give you sustained energy throughout the day.
