In January I am focusing on the 12 Powers or 12 gifts from God. January brings us the gift of Faith, the disciple Peter, the color blue and the center or base of the brain. The affirmation: Faith blesses my day and paves my way. The Reflexology points for the base of the brain are both great toes and both thumbs. By applying and releasing pressure in those area you release stress and tension, can improve nerve and blood supply helping bring the body back to homeostasis. Looking forward to a new year, I am focusing on all positive aspects in my life. Rocks and Reflexology will begin to post again. Hello Everyone, I hope this post finds you well. As most of you I have been trying to adjust to the new norm. I was laid off from my job and all my Reflexology clients had cancelled appointments. In the beginning (mid-March) I started feeling the energy shift and there was worry, doubt and fear in the air. I found a lack of energy and all I wanted to do was eat sleep and watch T.V. After the first week I started listening to several pod casts and You tube video's I realized that allowing myself days of the lazys was a way to heal my body and Spirit I needed a rest to heal. For the last several weeks I have been slowly trying to adjust I have cleaned out closets, cabinets and drawers. I am using my essentials oils to create cleaning products and spa products. I am moving forward. If you have any questions about self Reflexology or using essential oils please contact me.

Today I decided to reach out to people this week with text and phone calls, The goal is three a day. I am so glad I was guided to call one friend in particular, I could tell she needed a phone hug and smile. Remember the energy is heavy reach out a friendly voice might be all they need. Also if you need a friendly voice message me your # connection is everything.

The essential oils that can help with nausea are Ginger ( think ginger ale as a child) Peppermint found to be effective for upset stomach. I did not know about this one it is Patchouli, which is effective to reduce vomiting.

I just took a continuing education class "Reflex-oil-ogy"(tm) I will be adding Young Living Essential Oils to my posts and also I will be offering Ingham Method Reflexology (traditional) Crystalology (use of tumble crystals and stones) and now Reflex-oil-ogy(tm).
