This is Mary. She's been a client for nearly 10 yrs with Absolute Wellness. Life has dished out some brutal blows and she has suffered some deep, interpersonal losses. Her health has been under fire for many years also.

We have always discussed wellness however, in Nov of 2025, Mary allowed me to accompany her to see her Primary Care Physician. And the journey began.
Together we talked about where Mary is health wise and where she needs to be to feel and function at her optimal best. A treatment plan was created.

Today Mary came in and I could hardly believe my eyes or how she felt in my hands. She has lost 25 lbs!!! The inflammation in her whole body is down. She reports, less pain in range of motion stretching or just being. She reports having the ability to walk farther, less of a need for some of her medications, improvement in cognitive functions and sleep quality.

We have set a goal for her to be down 100 lbs within the year, to be off of several meds and to literally RUN together.

I am overjoyed for her! I've been praising God for whats being done in her mind, body and Spirit. I'm truly blessed and thankful to have her trust and to be a source of knowledge, love and encouragement.
