I’m proud of myself for starting Lunar Co! A diabetes awareness company for diabetics!

Something I thought I wouldn’t be able to do travel I feared not having enough insulin etc. This was false because I have gone half way across the world with my diabetes!

Living with Type 1 can be taxing. Honest truth its pretty tough day in and day out. Daily decisions etc. That is why I am starting to get more involved in the community after 14 years of living with diabetes.

I am participating in my first walk for diabetes in May 30th, 2026 ADA (American Diabetes Association) Walk out event for Diabetes in Cleveland, Ohio

In honour of the service of Major Sir Frederick Banting MC in both World Wars, Banting House National Historic Site is closed for Remembrance Day. If you are able, visit your local cenotaph and remember those who served, came home, or made the ultimate sacrifice as Banting did on February 21, 1941.
