Tiara Holt has served her community through volunteer and as a Licensed counselor for over 4 years with a background in school-based and community mental health counseling. She understands the importance of developing and following a healthy path and lifestyle that involves work with intention and growth. Tiara is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor and Supervisor and an EMDR trained therapist with experience treating a variety of mental health concerns including complex trauma, depression, bipolar disorder and mood disorders, anxiety, anger, PTSD, behavioral disorders, and personality disorders. Shana Goggins is a Licensed Professional Counseling Associate offering person centered services. She has served her community as a counselor for 3 and a half years, and 8 years as a domestic violence advocate. Her intent is to assist individuals develop the coping skills necessary (adults and adolescents) to improve upon their mental health while providing support as the individual makes the desired changes. Shana’s work is aimed at raising awareness and removing the stigma surrounding mental health needs through service provision, outreach, advocacy, and community engagement. Shana views therapy as a means of developing an awareness to facilitate change. The more complete our understanding of our emotional patterns, beliefs/thoughts, and behavioral patterns- the more easily change can occur. She feels the expression and full acceptance of our emotional states give both relief from negative feelings and the opportunity to tap into positive experiences.

With emphasis on the mind-body connection we implement a person-centered, trauma-focused and integrative approach in order to meet you where you are in your life’s journey.
