Hello from your Sound Poet!

This Sunday afternoon in Loveland:

I'm so grateful for a deeply grounding and equally opening sound journey session this evening with some beautiful ladies.

The focus will be Tending Our Grief.

We're all grieving something or someone. (In fact, there's so much that it can feel quite overwhelming.) Unprocessed grief can get trapped in our body and lead to health issues. Instead, we can invite flow and healing through connection and movement of energy. Vibrational energy.

November is a particularly special time for connecting with loved ones who have passed, and attending to our personal and collective grief with compassionate care. Community can be a helpful, healing place to do that. And sound can be the perfect tool.

In this nurturing session, you can bring photos/mementos of loved ones into the space and allow the powerful vibrations of gongs and Himalayan singing bowls to open us up to deeper connection and healing. In a safely held space, we can allow our grief to transform us.

This is more than a sound bath. It is a ceremony to honor our beloved deceased, tend to our grief with vibrations of healing peace, and call in our healthy ancestors to remain a supportive presence in our lives.
