Social Goodness at an Unemployment Office!

Here at Fast Track Physical Therapy we love this video where a 'flashmob' performs the song 'Here Comes the Sun' at a Madrid Unemployment Office. You can see on people's faces that the simple and kind act really lifted their spirits. If you're the one having a tough time, look out for the simple things, or songs, that can raise you up a little. If things are ok for you right now, try to be the one to lift others' spirits.

🤩Strike a Pose!🤩

Being stuck in the same position for any length of time, whether it’s behind a desk or due to a medical condition, is a sure recipe for bad posture and all the health problems that go hand in hand with a less-than-perfect posture. We’re talking aches and pains in your back, hips, shoulders, neck, arms and more.😔😔

It’s a particular problem now that many of us work from home, sometimes from our sofa or dining table. The good news is that at Fast Track Physical Therapy we’ve been dealing with posture-related problems for years, and it’s nothing that a assessment, some good advice and some easy exercises can’t help with.

So strike a pose, because Fast Track Physical Therapy is happy to serve people in Lowell for all their posture related needs!😀
