Whether you're looking to get fit, relieve stress and anxiety, increase strength and flexibility, or enhance mental clarity, yoga will help. Yoga will help you stretch and strengthen your body, mind, and spirit. Yoga is GOOD for you! With a consistent yoga practice, you'll feel calmed and centered, energized and refreshed. We believe in making yoga affordable and accessible to everyone. Our classes are appropriate for all levels of experience and beginners are always welcome. We offer yoga programs for the whole family, including classes for kids and teens during the school year. Most of our classes are set to music. On our mats, music is part of the shared experience and energy of a yoga practice. Off our mats, music is common ground; we love chatting about new albums, live music, and favorite artists. Check out our ever-changing collection of framed LP's and music posters in our downstairs lounge! We offer monthly community events as opportunities to get together and get to know one another, a series of free community yoga classes at Arlington's Spy Pond Park every summer, and an annual Open Studio to bring together artists and artisans in our community.

Raw, rugged independent rock from Boston band Canyons & Locusts. They sound like you'd expect a band like that to sound. Mission of Burma, Document era R.E.M.. Flinty and raw, hanging together but only just. Latest album,Roll The Dice, highly recommended.

LIVE MUSIC: Red on Red Records artist Canyons and Locusts will make their much-anticipated debut performance! Our good friend Rockin’ Dan will be on hand with Red on Red Records info and merch!

POSTER ART: We’ll be selling framed vintage and contemporary music poster art, including many hand-pulled silkscreens.

VINTAGE STEREO GEAR AND VINYL: We’ll be offering hand-picked vintage and near-vintage stereo gear, both individual components and carefully matched small systems. We’ll also have a few turntables on hand, and, of course, VINYL!

Cash Bar, Worthen House Raven Grill food available. Cash & Venmo accepted for product sales. Come one, come all. No Cover, no pressure.

Enjoying our last days at BCY....and we were so happily surprised to discover a flower soon to bloom on our resident cactus.
