🎉O Great One 🎉

Congratulations, Patrice, on being Cedar Creeks Octobers OGO "O Great One." Patrice was selected to be OGO by her employees for always going above and beyond to help the residents and always leading with a servant's heart. Patrice is our admissions nurse, so when a resident admits to us, she is one of the first people they meet. She is also one of the first people to help out on the floor when needed. She definitely goes above and beyond for both the residents and the employees.

We asked Patrice why she became a nurse and her response was " My mom was a nurse and I grew up going to a long term care facility and volunteered doing crafts and helping out with the residents, it helped inspire me to become a nurse".

When asked what her favorite thing about working at Cedar Creek is, her response was "It's rewarding, challenging and FUN!"

Patrice's career goals are to personally continue her educational growth and leadership development at Cedar Creek Health Campus!

Thursday evening, we had community trick-or-treating here at Cedar Creek. We had vendors and volunteers from various different businesses showing their support for our campus.

A huge thank you to everyone who helped lead us to such a great outcome.
