This is text neck. Yes this is a real thing happening in this area due to the fact that we spend so much time on our PHONES. We put lots of pressure on our 7 cervicals while staring down at our phones. This can cause a lot of discomfort and also headaches and tension running down the shoulders. Aside from relaxation and stress management, reflexology can have a number of other benefits too, including
