Young Athlete Recovery Matters 🏃♂️✨
One of my recent clients, Matthew, a 16-year-old track athlete who came in dealing with ongoing leg pain from intense training and meets.
After consistent Gua Sha sessions focused on the muscles taking the most impact from running, he noticed:
