Just waiting on the OIG to clear my application and send it back to Medicaid to finalize. What was supposed to be about a 10-day turn around at the OIG has turned into months now for ABA credentialing due to a backlog in that office. It’s coming though…hopefully soon!

Medicaid is hopefully coming soon…but ABS is in network with these insurance companies and is currently accepting new clients.

I wish I could speed up the process, but even Medicaid can’t speed up the OIG review phase. I talked with them twice last week. There is a backlog at the OIG so we just have to wait.🥴

I wish I could speed up the process with Medicaid, but it shouldn’t be much longer…I hope! I’m in the final phase…fingers crossed!🤞

I can accept BCBS, Magellan, and Aetna now, and Cigna should be soon!

I am currently still seeing clients with IDD and comorbid diagnoses in the community through the HCS program.

🤗 I have exciting news to share!!! I am ready to start accepting clients!

🙃 I wish I could provide information about how long it will be before I can accept Medicaid, but I have no way of knowing. It’s a long process but I am in the final phase…I think! 🤞Fingers crossed it will be soon!

🏠 Services will be provided in-home to start, but the eventual goal is to open a clinic in Lufkin this year. Not all kiddos will be candidates for clinic services, so that will be determined on a case-by-case basis for each client.

My ABS website is active! There is some basic information on the site and a place for you to contact me about services and/or an RBT position if interested. You can request more information, request an intake packet, or request an RBT application. I will start reaching out to people on my client and RBT waitlists in the next couple of weeks, but feel free to reach out to me via the website in the meantime. I look forward to hearing from you!

🤗 IT’S ALMOST TIME to start accepting new clients and to start hiring RBTs!!! Contact me for more information.

🧩💙 If you have a child with autism in need of ABA services, please feel free to reach out to me and add your name to my New Client call list. As soon as I start accepting clients, I will be contacting the families on my list in order of addition to the list, we can discuss insurance or Medicaid information and I will send out intake and welcome packets!
