Taking my own advice a lot more often since becoming a mama ๐
I recently made a decision without intentionally checking in with myself first. It felt like a thing I *should do* or even like a thing I *had to* do. ๐ฌ so once I had said โyesโ I was committed, right?
WRONG. ๐

After sitting with this โyesโ for a while, I realized I was dreading it. My body was telling me I wanted to say โno.โ Have you felt this way? So, I did it. I changed my original decision and felt SO relieved. It seriously felt like pounds of stress melted off my neck and shoulders. ๐ค
Had I checked in with myself in the first place, I couldโve avoided all that stress and dread. Our bodies know what feels aligned for us. We simply have to listen.
โจ So, Iโm offering you a reminder that you can say โnoโ to things youโve already said โyesโ to. โจ your truest self will thank you for it.
