Something special happened behind the scenes.

Because of our customers’ purchases over the last two weeks, toys were donated to the Marine Toys for Tots program and will be given to children in need this Christmas.

Our team simply helped make it happen.

The Power Behind SurgiShop ⭐️⭐️
We’re excited to share some great news: Raymond Schlechter is joining SurgiShop as our new Director of Operations!

Raymond brings more than 20 years of experience leading operations in distribution and logistics, and what stood out to us right away was how grounded and people-focused he is. He’s spent his career building systems that actually make work easier and helping teams perform at their best.

When we talked about why he chose SurgiShop, his answer was simple: he believes in what we do. Making sure healthcare providers get what they need, when they need it, matters and that purpose is something he wants to be part of.

In his role, Raymond will be helping us level up our operations as we roll out our new ERP, improve accuracy and quality, and build consistent processes across the business. He’s also passionate about developing people, so you’ll definitely see him investing in training and leadership growth across the team.

Away from work, Raymond enjoys golf, hockey, and time with his dog. A combo that says a lot about his competitive spirit and loyal personality
