Our Story

Built in 2015, Highland Pointe Health & Rehabilitation Center is a 96-bed state-of-the-art skilled nursing and rehabilitation community located in Highland Heights, Ohio and close to area hospitals and highways. We offer life-enrichment activities such as a six-week wellness program, community bingo, a community block party, tailgate party, and family nights and other activities that incorporate families and young children.

We specialize in long-term skilled nursing care as well as rehabilitation following a prolonged hospital stay or illness. The goals of you or your loved one are our top priority. Our amenities include private suites with in-suite baths or semi-private suites with a privacy wall and shared bath. Our rooms include telephones and flat screen TVs with cable. Highland Pointe features a rehabilitation gym with state-of-the-art equipment, a café, a library, two courtyards and private dining rooms for special occasion meals. Here, personal interests are nurtured and lasting friendships are formed, making our center much more than just a place to live.
